Return Eligibility
We want customers to be satisfied with their chicken coop and poultry housing purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Include all original components, hardware, accessories, and documentation.

Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Show no signs of assembly, modification, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that have been fully assembled or installed.

Items damaged due to improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Products returned without all original components and hardware.

Clearance, final sale, or specially customized items, where permitted by applicable law.
Damaged or Defective Products
Customers should inspect all chicken coop components and accessories upon delivery.
If any panels, roofing sections, nesting boxes, doors, hardware, or other parts arrive damaged, defective, or missing, notification must be provided within 7 days of delivery. Supporting photographs may be requested to assist with the evaluation process.
Upon verification, replacement parts, an exchange, or another appropriate resolution may be offered.
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, customers must obtain return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once a return request has been approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a verified product defect, shipping damage, or an error in fulfilling the order.
Returned products should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Process
After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund determination will be made.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution and payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible products when inventory permits. If an exchange is requested, customers should contact support for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return procedure will apply.
